Calling all anime fans! The MPO and conductor Naohisa Furusawa present a dazzling array of favourite songs including the work of Studio Ghibli’s Joe Hisaishi such as Princess Mononoke and Kiki’s Delivery Service, as well as themes from mega-hits Naruto and One Piece. Though traditionally a Japanese genre, anime has become a worldwide phenomenon of arts and culture. Filled with intense emotions and beautiful images, the world of anime takes us on a musical ride for the ages!
